I mean "Sign Up for New facebook account to Get Rs.50 Talktime" is a little vanilla.
You could glance at Yahoo's front page and note how they create news titles to grab viewers to open the links. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to get people interested about everything've written.
In my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.
