Enter url in the tor-proxy query box. Now suppose url is http:// mov1.moviesmobile.net/ downloads/ Harry.Potter.6.HBP.TS.AHMAD-001.mkv enter it and press ok. An error page will open and say that it is more than 9.7 mb and a reload option will be there. Copy the reload url it will be like https://tor-proxy.net/proxy/ express/browse.php?u=http%3A %2F%2Fmov1.moviesmobile.net %2Fdownloads %2FHarry.Potter.6.HBP.TS.AHMAD-001.mkv&b=26. Just delete last 5 letters. So url will be like this https://tor-proxy.net/proxy/ express/browse.php?u=http%3A %2F%2Fmov1.moviesmobile.net %2Fdownloads %2FHarry.Potter.6.HBP.TS.AHMAD-001.mkv Copy in Download manager and you are down.
